NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
Consultations for all hair services are offered free of charge and are highly recommended for first-time clients and for chemical services.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
- Rizza Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Rizza Salon giftcard, check, or cash. Payment is expected upon completion of services. Gratuities are cash only.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- All service and gift card sales are final.
- Retail items can only be refunded or exchanged if returned in their original, unopened, unused condition within 14 days of purchase.
- Hair extension products may be exchanged if found to be defective.
REDO POLICY
- We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify us within 1 week of services. We require that you return to the salon promptly to see the stylist who performed the initial service. At that time we will make every effort to correct the problem to your satisfaction. These adjustments are available to you at no cost only within 2 weeks of your initial service. We love when our clients walk out happy. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
- Our regular keratin treatment has a 1-month guarantee and our express keratin treatment has a 2-week guarantee. This guarantee only applies when proper products have been purchased and used. Please ask your stylist for more information about the proper sulfate-free keratin-friendly products
- Hair extensions have a limited 1-month warranty.
- In the event the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that that technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made to schedule with another stylist.
CANCELLATIONS
- We understand that extraordinary circumstances can be unavoidable and you may need to cancel or change your appointment at the last minute. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation.
